Being a social enthusiast, I always try to find ways to make an impact or bring change in another person’s life. Also, not forgetting to pursue my tertiary studies in a prestigious university in order to be a successful person of my own definition.

All this was made possible when I was granted the Jeffrey Cheah Excellence Scholarship and I am truly grateful for that. Being a recipient of this scholarship, I was able to broaden my horizon further and add new elements to my repertoire of knowledge as I was blessed with countless opportunities. First I was able to create networking opportunities for Sunway students via activities organised by Sunway University Student Council.

At the same time, as a student representative I believe I have reached out to my cohort students in solving issues they face in and outside classroom. My participation in various activities does not only allow me to grow but at the same time adds value to my life as I am able to make a positive impact on others. Million thanks to Sunway for providing me an opportunity which has definitely changed my life in the unexpected way.
