• Malaysian citizen;
• Candidates must in good health;
• A minimum in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent qualifications
• Candidates should not be older than 18 years at the time of application.
• The mother/ father is not blacklisted by the JPA or in litigation JPA; and
• The applicant does not receive financial support / sponsorship of any agency of the same level of education.
   

1. Online Application: Applicants must complete the online application form available on the official MARA website.
2. Document Submission: Required documents, including academic transcripts, identification papers, and financial statements, must be uploaded with the application.
3. Screening and Shortlisting: Applications are screened, and eligible candidates are shortlisted based on academic performance and financial need.
4. Interview: Shortlisted candidates are invited for an interview to assess their suitability for the scholarship.
5. Final Selection: Successful candidates are notified of their selection and receive an official offer letter.
